Assist in leading the development, management, and delivery of tutoring and other academic-focused services that accommodate and support undergraduate students’ learning. Offer specialty workshops, writing support, and reinforcement of study skills. Monitor virtual tutoring sessions, provide technical support to students, and coach professional and peer tutors during and after sessions as needed. Assist with tutor supervision, recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling. Work with the director to create, manage and continuously evaluate tutoring programming designs, including on-line and in-person platforms, software systems, internal and third party tutoring options, student satisfaction, costs, and effective procedural task-flows.
